Payment Terms
1. Pricing
o All products are billed at the agreed unit price stated on the order form or
invoice.
o Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise specified.2. Payment Obligation
o By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the stated price per
case and agrees to the payment terms outlined herein.
o Orders will not be processed until acknowledgment of these terms is received.
• Payment Methods
• Accepted methods include: bank transfer, debit/credit card via approved payment
gateway, or other methods expressly authorized by Azerol Limited.
• International customers may remit payment via PayPal, Stripe, or other designated
platforms.
• Payment Timeline
• Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For approved credit accounts, payment must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
• Late Payment
• Outstanding balances beyond the due date will incur a late fee of 2.00% per month
and compounded monthly until payment is settled.
• Azerol Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel future deliveries until payment
is received in full.
• Delivery & Ownership
• Title to goods passes to the Buyer only upon full payment.
• Azerol Limited retains ownership rights until settlement of all outstanding amounts.
Dispute Resolution
• Any discrepancies in pricing or invoicing must be reported within 3 business days of
receipt.
• Failure to raise disputes within this period constitutes acceptance of the invoice as
issued.
